The mission of Springclean is to create jobs and reduce items sent to landfill.

We do this by our commitment to:

Springclean was founded in 2019 in Charlotte, North Carolina when our founder, CT Anderson, an experienced corporate sustainability professional, noticed limited options to reuse and recycle clothes.

During this time many local organizations began plans to increase economic opportunities in the region, after learning that Charlotte was the lowest among top 50 cities in the US for economic mobility.

Our circular boutique is located at the Circular Economy Innovation Barn in Charlotte, NC, and our data, technology, and operations teams are based around the globe.
Join our efforts to collaborate with successful sustainable fashion and textile recycling organizations to innovate new design models, incubate top talent and strengthen the textile supply chain.

Our vision is to create a world where all things are utilized to their fullest potential before being discarded.

Imagine that everything you buy is made with care, designed from the outset for multiple uses without being thrown away. While we have not yet arrived at this future utopia, Springclean is working towards this vision while at the same time developing innovative interim solutions. Our solutions extend our vision to how we collaborate with teammates and partners–we provide jobs to those who need it most including those that are returning citizens.
