​Ivan Cohen

Ivan Cohen is an educator with the New York City Department of Education, where he has worked for the past 15 years.  In his current role, he is the Senior Director of a special mayoral initiative designed to foster collaboration between District and Charter Schools throughout the city of New York. 

Prior to his transition to the field of Education, he worked as a Consultant for a private New York City based consulting firm.  It is during this time that he developed his love for traveling, which he still indulges whenever possible.

Mr. Cohen also has an interest in Real Estate, and in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the state of New York, he is a Landlord and Property Manager for several properties. When not traveling, he is at home in the Bronx, borough of New York City.
