Salley DaleyDuring her first career in banking/technology, Sally Daley was an early leader in the business of online banking and bill payment systems. She is responsible for many of the products and international standards still used today.
Later in life, Daley transitioned to the nonprofit world where she became CEO of the Girl Scout Council of the greater Charlotte metropolitan area. In 2007, the Girl Scouts purchased a 700 acre piece of raw land to build into an outdoor environmental educational center and camp for their 25,000 girls and adult volunteers. Funding this project and bringing her master plan to life was Daley’s passion during her twelve years with the organization. Daley is now retired, enjoying traveling with her husband and sits on the boards of several Charlotte area nonprofits. |
