Tim Taylor

Tim Taylor is an Energy and Sustainability Program Manager at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. 

Before CBRE, he worked as an account manager at the U.S. Green Building Council where he customized green building strategies for top users of LEED. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Energy Manager. 

Tim holds a master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University and a BS in Business Administration from Elon University. He is a Maryland native who currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
